I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Managing Microsoft Management Console Access
Microsoft has standardized the deployment of management and configuration tools to use Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-ins. By default, all users can open a blank MMC and add snap-ins to the console. Which snap-ins are loaded on a particular machine determines or limits which snap-ins can be added. Having access to each snap-in can unnecessarily expose configuration information to undesired individuals. Also, depending on the function of the snap-in, functions might be available to standard users that can impact the performance of production systems.
