The Windows 2012 Management Pack discovers Windows Server 2012 servers and roles to monitor availability, health, and performance. It is part of the Windows Management Pack, which also manages Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008. The MP automatically detects, alerts, and responds to a wide range of critical events and performance metrics to ensure the long-term health and stability of the server operating systems.
