I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Common Language Runtime
All Microsoft code is verified through a process called common language runtime. It processes application code and automatically checks for security holes that can be caused by mistakes in programming. In addition, it scrutinizes security credentials that are used by specific pieces of code, making sure that they perform only those actions that they are supposed to. Through these techniques, the common language runtime effectively reduces the overall threat posed to Windows Server by limiting the potential for exploitations and vulnerabilities.
