So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Deploying the Remote Desktop Service Role Service
When deploying the Remote Desktop Service role service, two things must be done to start the RDS implementation process:
1. The Remote Desktop Service role service must be installed on all servers that’ll participate in the RDS farm.
2. The RDS scenario-based installation configuration needs to be run to identify which servers in the farm will host which RDS roles (that is, RD Gateway, RD Web, RD Session Host, and so on).
