I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

UNDERSTANDING THE BALDRIGE AWARD SCORING SCALE
By comparing your comments and scores to the “textbook answer” you will be able
to calibrate your own scoring so that it mirrors that of experienced examiners. By
performing this exercise, you will see what a score looks like at the varying percentage
levels. Copies of the current and past case studies and accompanying answer keys can be
purchased from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). You can contact the society at
