sharing plan as a way of promoting improved performance. However, gain sharing in
many cases is nothing more than prot sharing.
Based upon my own experience consulting with large companies, the ideal situation is
to have a large percentage of all employees’ compensation upon individual and group
performance against performance goals and standards. Many organizations have bonus
