Occasionally, you may encounter a problem that can't be solved either with this book or Word's help system. This may be a problem that relates to using Word 2000 with a specific brand of computer or peripheral or a conflict with some other specific piece of software. Microsoft's Office on the Web feature allows you to search Microsoft's technical resources for information that may help you solve the problem.
Step #1: Choose Help, Office on the Web.
Your Web browser loads and opens the home page on the Microsoft Office Update Web site (see Figure 1.45). If you are connecting to the Internet using a modem, you may be prompted to follow your logon procedure first.
