What to Do If Visitors to Your Site Can't See Your Animated Features

Q1:

I added some cool animated horizontal bars to my Web site. But visitors are complaining that the bars are irritating, making it hard to read text. What do I do?

A1:

You can either turn off the animation features in the horizontal bar or replace it with a static bar. If you have used one of the themes in Word across your site, then Open the home page for your Web site (usually default.htm). Choose Format, Theme from the menu. Uncheck the Active Graphics check box. Click OK. You will have to do this for each page of your Web site.
