Specifying What to Print

Suppose you don't want to print your entire document, you want to use a different printer, or you want to print several copies of the document. Choose File, Print to display the Print dialog box (see Figure 4.1) and control these aspects of how you print.

Printing Multiple Copies of a Document

Use the Number of Copies spin box to specify the number of copies you want to print. Either click the spinner box arrows or type the number of copies you want to print.
