Printing a Document to Fax

If your computer is equipped with a fax modem, one of the best ways to improve your productivity is to fax documents directly from your computer, rather than print them and send the printed copy through a fax machine. Depending on your computer's configuration, you may already have fax software that can be used from within Word. Microsoft has provided a confusing array of fax options over the past few years:
