Database

The Database field imports data from a database program.

Tip

It's much easier to build your DATABASE fields by displaying the Database toolbar and clicking the Insert Database button to work in the Database dialog box. When you arrive at the Insert Data step of the process, make sure to check the Insert Data as Field check box if you want the data to be placed in your document as a field (which can be updated).
