Word has over 400 built-in commands that you can run as though they were macros. Many of these commands are the same as the commands that are already found on Word's menus and toolbar buttons. In some cases, though, there are commands that aren't found on any menu or toolbar button. In other cases, these commands provide a simpler or more effective approach to operations that you can perform with other commands.
Here are some of the built-in commands that you might find useful:
Connect displays a dialog box that enables you to connect to a network drive.
FilePageSetup displays the Page Setup dialog box, so you can select a different printer, or other printer options.
