Project: Sharing AutoText Entries Throughout Your Workgroup
In this project, you'll learn how to organize a series of AutoText entries that your entire workgroup can use to streamline work and improve consistency.
Once you've done so, you can store these AutoText entries in a global workgroup template (page 277)to which everyone has access via your network. Or you might distribute a new template for installation and use on each individual computer. Such a template could include a special toolbar that provides one-button access to the AutoText entries you expect your colleagues to use most.
