RD
The RD field enables you to develop an index or table of contents that includes entries in other documents. RD fields are formatted as hidden text.
Tip
Using RD to reference the contents of other documents uses substantially less memory than incorporating those documents, either via INCLUDETEXT or Word's master documents feature.
