The LASTSAVEDBY field enters the name of the last individual who saved the document, as stored in the User Information tab of the Options dialog box.

LASTSAVEDBY also supports capitalization formatting switches (see the section earlier in this chapter, "Capitalization Formatting Switches").
Examples
To display in all caps the name of the individual who last saved the document, enter the following field:
