Using Print Preview
When you want to preview a document as it will be printed, you can take advantage of Word's highly flexible Print Preview feature. One quick way to get to it is to click the Print Preview button on the Standard toolbar.
You can perform a wide variety of tasks in Print Preview, including viewing, editing, and printing. But first you should understand the basics. Figure 4.15 shows the Print Preview screen. You can see a miniature version of your current document, as well as a toolbar containing several useful options.
