Printing Accompanying Envelopes and Labels

You can print matching envelopes or labels for your merged letters by using the same data source with the same selection and sorting options. Word makes this easy.

To print labels or envelopes to accompany form letters, first set up all the merge options for your form letters, especially the query options. Then run the merge to generate your form letters.

When you're sure your merge ran correctly, open your main document (it is usually still open, and listed on the Windows taskbar). Click the Mail Merge Helper button on the Mail Merge toolbar to display the Mail Merge Helper.
