第11 章では仮想化環境の運用についてオンプレミスでの仮想化の場合
やクラウドでの仮想化の場合の例を紹介しました。オンプレミスの場合も
クラウドの場合も自由度が高まるため、どのように使ったらよいか決めき
れない状況が発生します。また、仮想化やクラウドの利用部門に利用の仕
方を任せた場合、バリエーションが増加して運用が共通化できなかった
り、セキュリティ観点の抜け漏れなどの潜在的なリスクが発生したりして
しまいます。
このような状況にならないよう仮想化環境の利用ルールが必要です。自
