仮想化環境でトラブルが発生した場合には、どこから調査すればよいで
しょうか。ここでは、仮想化環境のトラブル切り分けの流れを説明しま
す。システムごとに最適な方法へとチューニングが必要ですが、ベースと
する流れは次の通りです（図10-3）。
まずはトラブルが発生した仮想マシンで起きた事象を確認します。イベ
ントログやアプリケーションログなどからどのような問題が生じたのかを
確認し、その異常なメッセージに応じて対応を行います。
特に異常なメッセージがなかった場合は、トラブルが発生した仮想マシ
ンのリソース状態を確認します。次に、仮想マシンのリソース不足がシス
テムの正常利用に影響を与えていないかチェックします。さらに、必要に
応じてノイジーネイバーの有無を検証します。
特に仮想マシンのリソース状態に異常がない場合は、トラブルが発生し
た仮想マシンが稼働する物理マシンのリソース状態を確認します。ホスト
サーバーもしくは他のノイジーネイバーにより、該当する仮想マシンに悪
影響が生じていないかを確認します。
仮想化環境で発生したトラブルを解決する方法は、具体的な問題によっ
て異なりますが、一般的には次のような方法がとられます（図10-4）。

これらの手法は、発生した問題の原因を特定し、最適な解決策を適用す
