So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Help → About Microsoft Word command opens a splash screen that shows various items of legal information about Word. The only interesting things about this screen are the following:
The version (and build number) of Word at the top, which is often required when making a technical support request of Microsoft.
The product code in the middle, also a requested item from Microsoft tech support.
