Playing a recorded ROS session with rqt_bag

The rqt_bag plugin plays a bag file, which is the same as the rosbag command explained in the ROS commands section. Here, the advantage is that you have interactive control of the playback: you can jump to any instant, play single time steps, rewind to the beginning, and so on. Let's examine this with the distance sensor case study first, and then with the Pi Camera.
