Playing a recorded ROS session with rqt_bag

The rqt_bag plugin plays a bag file, which is the same as the rosbag command explained in the ROS commands section. Here, the advantage is that you have interactive control of the playback: you can jump to any instant, play single time steps, rewind to the beginning, and so on.
