Raspberry Pi

Pi is an essential perception device for any robot. Take into account that about 80% of the perception data that the human brain processes comes from vision. In this section, we are only going to test that Pi is able to take photos to check that it works properly. In Chapter 10, Applying Machine Learning in Robotics, we will use object recognition algorithms on images captured by the camera. Hence, the robot will exhibit smarter behavior and will be able to recognize colors, shapes, faces, and so on.
