What you did using the $ roslaunch rviz_basics gopigoMinimal_rviz_simple.launch command can be done in the Roboware IDE by just placing it on top of the file, right-clicking the mouse to show the contextual menu, and selecting the first item, that is, Run Launch File:

In the following section, we are going to execute the other launch file, gopigoMinimal_rviz_simple.launch, which introduces more advanced features. Prior to that, close any open RViz windows or hit Ctrl + C in the Terminal to shut down the running ROS processes.
