Retrieving a forgotten PSA account name

Esri provides a batch file utility to retrieve a forgotten PSA account name. The utility, PasswordReset.bat, is located in the \tools\passwordreset directory of your ArcGIS Server installation (D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\tools\passwordreset, in my case). To get your lost account name, simply run the utility with the -l flag in a command prompt:

D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\tools\passwordreset>passwordreset -l  

This will give you the following output:

Primary site administrator account: siteadmin
