Portal to Portal collaboration

Introduced in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5, distributed Portal collaboration allows content to be shared between individuals as well as across organizations and communities. Portal collaborations are based on trust, where one organization initiates the collaboration and one to many other organizations accept the invitations and are participants. Portal collaborations can serve as hubs for larger organizations, simple shares between portals, or shares between portals and ArcGIS Online (available with the 10.5.1 release of ArcGIS Enterprise).
