Disable user's ability to create built-in accounts

By default, when a user goes to the sign-in page in Portal, they are presented with a Create An Account button that they can use to create a built-in Portal account which is shown as follows:

However, if you are using enterprise accounts, you want to create user accounts manually, or if you just want to disable the ability for users to create accounts, this option is easily removed by a simple edit to the system properties in the Portal REST Admin. To change this setting, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Portal REST Admin as an administrator.
2. Go to System | Properties | Update Properties ...
