Moving the IIS web root

On your web server, one measure that can be taken to ensure that the operating system drive doesn't fill up accidentally with IIS log files is to move the storage location of the IIS inetpub directory, commonly referred to as the web root, onto a secondary data drive, if one is available. To accomplish this, Microsoft provides a configurable script available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2752331/guidance-for-relocation-of-iis-7-0-and-iis-7-5-content-directories.
