Once ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, Data Store, and the Web Adaptor are installed and configured, and the geodatabase has data in it, it is time to publish content in the form of services. Services are at the core of ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS.
