Changing a forgotten PSA account password
The same utility, PasswordReset.bat, is used to change a forgotten PSA account password. To change a password, use the -p flag along with your new password:
D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\tools\passwordreset>passwordreset-p newpassword
When using the password reset utility, if your new password contains special characters, it may be necessary to enclose it in double quotes, -p "$$ju&jJHY&", for example.
