Truncate/load

Many of the methods we have discussed relate to loading new datasets into your enterprise geodatabase, but what do you do when you need to reload existing data? Truncate and load isn't anything new, it's been used in the database world for years. This process entails truncating the target feature class table, thus removing all features but leaving the schema intact, followed by loading (or reloading, as the case may be) the data back into the table. Tools here include:

• Delete Rows
• Append
