RViz toolbar
The RViz toolbar tool is used to manipulate the 3D viewport of the RViz display, which is placed on the top of the RViz GUI. The RViz toolbar consists of a set of tools for interacting with the robot model, modifying the camera view, setting navigation goals, and providing robot 2D pose estimations. Moreover, we can add custom tools on the toolbar in the form of plugins.
