When you work with Word as your e-mail editor, you can change signatures on the fly by
right-clicking the signature in an e-mail message. The shortcut menu lets you choose from
all defined signatures; you can also open the E-mail Signatures dialog box and add or edit a
signature.

If you delete the signature from a message created using Word as your e-mail editor, or
if you create a new message with no signature, you’ll find that it’s impossible to insert
