When you click Create, the Office client software contacts the server, creates the new site,
and saves the current document to the Shared Documents library on the new site. Notice
that all other elements on the newly created site, including tasks and links, are completely
empty.
The name of your new document workspace appears in the top of the Shared Workspace
task pane. Click the arrow to the right of the workspace name to reveal a menu that lets you
