Printing Your Presentation
2. Change the default name in the Name the
CD box. Although this step is optional, we
recommend that you do so to make it eas-
ier to identify the CD when you open it
using the My Computer window. The
name you enter must be 16 characters or
fewer.
3. The current presentation is included by
default and cannot be removed. To include
other files on the CD (such as additional
presentations or supporting media clips),
click the Add Files button and use the
Browse dialog box to select the files.
