• Choose Create New Document to create a new file using the same program as
the one in which you’re inserting the hyperlink. You can change the folder in
which the new document is stored, and you can also specify that you want to edit
the document now or later.
• Choose E-mail Address to create a mailto: link. Options allow you to enter an
e-mail address and a subject.
3. If you chose a file or Web page, you can optionally click the Bookmark button to spec-
ify a named bookmark in that file or page.
4. Click OK to save your changes.
