When you create a link between an Excel list and one in SharePoint, you can update the list
in either program and your changes will be reflected in the other location. To synchronize
the two copies, open Excel and choose Data, List, Synchronize List. To break the connec-
tion between Excel and SharePoint, click anywhere in the list and choose Data, List, Unlink
List.
