It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Susan Wheelan built on Tuckman’s model (see Theory 37) and suggested that groups achieve maturity simply through the process of working together. She claims that there is a significant relationship between the length of time that a group has been together and their behavioural patterns.
