I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

WHY CROSBY WAS CROWNED KING
As a fully paid-up member of the Deming Society (yes there really is such a body), crowning someone else as king is almost treason. But like all kingmakers sometimes you just have to do what’s right. No one can doubt what Deming did to help restore Japan’s industry. If his theories had the same quality as his practice there would be no competition. Sadly, they lack some of the appeal that Crosby’s maturity grid has. Crosby’s simple, but profound, insight that quality is free gives him the edge.
There is a lot of rubbish talked about quality management and plenty of so-called experts who are willing to blind you with management-speak and charge you for the privilege. ...
