So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

PEST/PESTLE ANALYSIS

The PEST process is forward-looking and is mainly concerned with the external environment in which the organisation exists. It tries to predict future political, economic, social and technological trends that may impact on the organisation in the future.
In recent years PEST has become PESTLE (PEST plus legal and environmental). Typically a PEST/PESTLE process would include consideration of the following examples:
