The extensive list of web accessibility guidelines can be quite overwhelming as some of the criteria is quite complex, and you'll need an advanced understanding of development to implement these correctly. In most cases, it will not be necessary to implement all the criteria as the type of website may not include all the elements that need catering for. A good start is to establish what limitations the website has. This will give guidance as to which part of the WCAG 2.0 guidelines need to be implemented.
