From the topics covered in this chapter it's clear that a comprehensive understanding of your users, their behavioral patterns, and how they will possibly interact with your product, in this case a website, is crucial. Structuring the website's content in a logical manner that will make sense to the user can be achieved by conducting card sorting exercises and creating a sitemap to support a solid and structured IA. In the next chapter, we'll look at creating effective prototypes using wireframes, and storyboards to display scenarios of interaction with the user. The importance of moodboards and style tiles for steering the look and feel of a website will also be discussed.
