I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Support for cognitive disabilities means supporting mental tasks by making them as clear and structured as possible. This includes the following:
- Making sure that the reading level of your website is as simple and clear as possible for the intended audience
- Defining difficult terms
- Supporting recognition rather than recall so users need to remember as little as possible
- Limiting attention-grabbing, unimportant elements, such as scrolling text and popups
- Providing multiple forms of media to explain and illustrate concepts; for example, providing pictures or videos to support text
