Once you have defined your problem statement, you can take stock of the knowledge that already exists in the design and development team, in the business, in the market, and in other literature. Questions to ask include:

  • Has any research already been conducted about the target users of the website?
  • What are the business requirements for this project? Are there key performance indicators (KPIs) that should be considered as conditions for success?
  • What is the value proposition of the brand? Are there value propositions specific to this project?
