I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

第2 部｜登場人物紹介
江島：物語の中の主人公。第2部の開始時点で、20代後半。蔵屋敷の結成したプロダクト開発チームに
異動。リーダー見習いとして、チームを引っ張る役割に就くことになる。周囲とのコミュニケーションの取
り方もうまくなってきているが、カッとなるとそのまま自分の感情をぶつけてしまうところがある。AnP 社
プロダクト開発チーム所属。
蔵屋敷：江島が尊敬するAnP社の先輩。カイゼンを真摯に取り組む、テックリード。朴訥としていて冷た
く感じるが彼を慕う人は多い。AnP社品質管理部を経て、テスト管理ツールを開発するプロダクト開発チ
ームを結成する。
ウラット ：新卒入社の女性プログラマー。タイ国籍だが日本語は流暢。大きなメガネが特徴的で、身体は
細いが真面目ながんばり屋さん。AnP社プロダクト開発チーム所属。
七里：江島より社歴は2年若いが、年齢は年上のプログラマー。めんどくさがりで、生意気。ズケズケと
何でも発言する物怖じしない性格。AnP 社プロダクト開発チーム所属。
土橋：入社から品質管理一筋でチーム最年長のプロダクトオーナー。時にへそ曲がりな一面も見せるが我
慢強く真面目。AnP 社プロダクト開発チーム所属。
西方：スクラムマスターとして様々な現場を渡り歩いている。黒縁メガネをかけていて、くだらない冗談が
好きな関西人。企業には所属していない個人事業主。江島たちのチームにもスクラムマスターとして加わる。
