I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

□ インタビューの際は、前置きは控えましょう。回答が誘導されてしまうの
を防ぐためです。
□ 中立でいましょう。インタビューアがどちらかのスタンスに立ってしまう
と本音は出てこないでしょう。
□ 自分が確証バイアス（自分の関心事や都合の良い情報ばかりを集めてしま
うこと）にとらわれている可能性を常に意識しましょう。自分の意見を強
化したかったり、聞きたいことのみが記憶に残りやすいものです。
□ 誘導してはいけません。無意識のうちに誘導している場合もあります。自
分の発言が相手にどんな影響を与えるのか、注意を払いましょう。
□ インタビュー結果を素早くチームでフィードバックしましょう。メンバー
からの気づきも得ましょう。
□ インタビューが終了した後が重要です。帰り際に緊張感から開放されて本
音が出ることもあります。エレベーターホールや玄関までの見送りの時間
も大切にしましょう。
□ とにかく相手と話しているこの時間を、楽しく演出しましょう。信頼関係
と本音はリラックスした空間から生まれます。
インタビューの知識やテクニックは学びました。さあ、オフィスの外に出て
ユーザーの声に耳を傾けに行きましょう。
