アプリケーションの利用中に何らかのエラーが発生した場合、ユー
ザーや管理者にその内容を通知して適切なリカバリー処理を行うよう促
す必要があります。可能な場合は自動でリカバリーを試みます。この仕
組みがエラーハンドリングです。
多くのプログラミングではエラーハンドリングに使える仕組みとして
例外処理機構が導入されていますので、以下はそれを前提とします。
まず、エラーをレベル分けして整理します（図 4.4.5）。
