がゆえに、初学者にとっては少し内容が難しいものもあります。一度で
完全に理解しようと思わなくて大丈夫ですので、じっくり時間をかけて

プラクティスに関する説明は意外とあっさりとしていて、むしろアジャ
イルな開発を促進する設計原則やプラクティス、デザインパターンの適
