単機能性能テスト
個々の機能が所定の性能要件を満たしていなければ、システム全体と
して性能要件を満たすことはできません。単機能性能テストでは、個々
の機能を単独で動作させた際にパフォーマンスに問題がないことを検証
します。
テスト対象機能の選定
単機能性能テストを実施するためには、本番運用を想定した大量デー
タを準備する必要があります。また、計測にもそれなりの手間がかかり
ますので、すべての機能を対象にテストを行うのは現実的ではありませ
ん。そのため、何らかの基準に基づいて対象機能を絞り込みます。具体
的には、機能ごとに以下のような項目について評価を行います。

業務における機能の重要度

機能が利用される頻度
●
処理の複雑度
●
取り扱うデータ量
評価に基づいて計算した点数が基準値を超える機能を候補とし、アー
キテクトや業務に詳しい担当者による判断も加味して、対象機能を選定
します。
性能目標値の設定
選定したテスト対象機能ごとに性能目標値を設定します。オンライン
処理の場合、処理パターンにより基準値を設けた上で個々の機能の特徴
を加味して調整するとよいでしょう。たとえば、登録更新処理は1秒、
一覧検索処理は3秒という具合に定めます。バッチ処理の場合は処理件
