It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

というテスト用のスタブに置き換えることができます。
ソースコードとしては、コンポーネントを構成するクラス群をパッ
ケージや名前空間として一箇所にまとめて管理することが一般的です。
モジュール設計
モジュール設計とは、システムを構成するモジュール構造を決める設
計です。
モジュールとはコンポーネントの集合体です。コンポーネントは特定
の振る舞いを提供しますが、コンポーネント単体ではソフトウェアの
ユーザーにとって意味のあるタスクを実行することはできません。ユー
スケースの実行に必要な機能を提供するため、関連するコンポーネント
を集めた構造がモジュールとなります。
ソースコードとしては、配下に多くのコンポーネントやクラスが存在
するパッケージのツリー構造全体がモジュールに該当するイメージです。
