It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

学習はインプットとアウトプットをバランスよく行うことが大切で

書籍
技術書やビジネス書などの書籍は、最大の情報源です。書籍の刊行に
は一定の時間がかかるため、Webなどの媒体と比べて情報の鮮度が落
ちてしまうという欠点はあるものの、読者のペースで、体系的に学ぶこ
とができるというのは大きな魅力です。
多読によって様々な分野の情報を幅広く知ることもよいのですが、活
用可能な知識としての質を高める上で重要なのは、良書を見つけ、良書
を繰り返し読むことです。読書術に関する有名な書籍『本を読む本』で
は、良書の内容は一度読んだだけで到底理解できるものではなく、分析
的に何度も読む必要性を説いています

分析読書とは、取り組んだ本を完全に自分の血肉と化するまで徹
底的に読み抜くことである。
良書の見つけ方については、まずは先輩や同僚にお薦めの本を尋ねて
みるとよいでしょう。また、良書が参考にしている書籍はまた良書であ
る可能性が高いので、それを辿っていく方法もあります。
